[dtp-dev] DTP 0.9RC5 6/7 build -- broken

The DTP 0.9RC5 6/7 build is now on the download site:

This build has a serious regression in connectivity:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=145778

and hence I will not be posting it to the DTP download page.

I'd ask that the Connectivity team work to resolve this bug as soon as
possible, because

(1) Callisto is likely going to do a RC4a "refresh." If so, we'll need to
propagate a build to the update site tomorrow morning.
(2) The PII deadline in the end of today, so testing will need to happen on
the latest build.
