[dtp-dev] Version numbers for DTP 0.9

Just a reminder that we still need to keep the version number qualifiers
updated for last change date in the manifest file and build.properties (if
it has a plugin.version property). Yesterday I updated all the qualifiers
to "200605101" because of changing the about.html files. So, you made
changes in the past but forgot to update the qualifier, the change I made
yesterday will take care of it. Going forward, though, we need to update
the qualifiers whenever plug-in changes are made, since otherwise the
Callisto update process will not pick up the changes.
