[dtp-dev] 0.9 RC3 nightly build available and bug status

The DTP 0.9RC3 5/4 build is now available on the download site. Note that
we have found one serious problem with the SQL history view, as described
in Bugzilla entry #140184.

Also note that according to the endgame plan
(http://www.eclipse.org/datatools/pmc/dtp_callisto_endgame/DTP%200.9%20Endgame%20Plan.htm)
 we should now be in the middle of a three day test pass against the
current builds. The goals here are to find as many bugs as possible, and to
work on BZ to make sure that all bugs are assigned, have the right
priority, and are lined up for the next fix pass, which starts on Monday
(5/8).
