Is there a tag added in CVS for the RC0/M5 version? ... should we hold check-in till a tag is added?

Based on testing of yesterday's feature freeze build, we have moved it to
milestone 5 status (which is also DTP 0.7 Release Candidate 0). These build
can now be found on the download site. For Eclipse 3.2, we are using build
M5a.
