[dtp-dev] Delivered Connectivity property page fix and driver management

Hi all...

Just a quick note to let everyone know I just delivered a couple of fixes
to connectivity.

The first was a fix for the initial property pages for filters on
connection profiles in the DSE. There was an issue that occurred when you
selected one of the filter property pages that would immediately set up a
condition where you were unable to switch pages because it left the profile
in an invalid state. That has been fixed.

The second fix was for the driver management code. We added a change to
allow you to skip editing a new driver instance if the new driver instance
didn't need to be edited. For example, if it didn't have a jar list (empty
jar list was ok) and there were no visible/required properties to edit, you
no longer have to close the Edit Driver Entry dialog. It creates the driver
and puts you back to the preference page or dialog, depending on where you
were adding the new driver.

These affect the connectivity and connectivity.ui plug-ins.
