[dtp-dev] Encryption Added to Connection Profile Framework

Connection profile information stored in the workspace will no longer be
stored in plain text.  I've checked in some changes that now store the
connection profile using an encryption algorithm.

This is a first attempt at improving security within the connection profile
framework.  Please refer to bug 114410 for more information.
