[dsdp-tml-dev] Branding requirement for Galileo

For the Branding requirement for TmL, we need to include the DSDP logos.
Doug's wife sent these graphics to the PMC mailing list a few weeks ago.
Would you please make sure that the TmL build uses these files?

As a test, we should make sure that if both TM and TmL are installed,
only one instance of the icon appears in the about box.
