Hello all,

April 21 is the next scheduled TmL open phone call. That day is a public
holiday in Brazil and the Eldorado team will not be on the call.  Does
anyone object to moving the call to the following day, Wednesday April
22?  I am available that day for 1 hour each at these times:

UTC    BR     CT     PT
1500  12:00  10:00   8:00
1700  14:00  12:00  10:00
1800  15:00  13:00  11:00
