FYI,

An NPE occurred during testOpenFileFromTarArchive().

The issue doesn't occur reproducibly. I filed 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=333874

I think it's important that we investigate such spurious errors, in order to improve general RSE quality.

Who could investigate this?
