Hi Ryan,

If you go to the properties page for
an FTP Files subsystem, there should be a field for the port.  By
default it's 21, but you should be able to change it.

I am not sure if it’s too late for
3.0 but there does not seem to be a way to set a non-standard port for
FTP connections. Is it possible to get that added to a feature requests
list for future versions.
