[dsdp-tm-dev] Plugin and feature versions updated towards 3.0 
Hi all,

I've updated the plugin and feature versions in

  Manifest.mf
  feature.xml

to 3.0 for almost all of our plugins - except the
Service Layer and Dstore which are currently not
clear whether we could probably maintain some
backward compatibility.

When you synchronize your workspace with CVS HEAD
you might experience build problems. Build clean
should help getting everything fixed again.
