Martin and others --

IBM has begun their verification test of the translations they have  
done for RSE. They've actually started a day or two early. Any bugs  
that are filed for "TVT" should be routed to me initially.

It appears that there is a bug in finding the translated files for  
some of the strings, so there may be quite a number of reports coming  
in at first.
