[dsdp-tm-dev] TM build I20070405-1200 is available

Dear testers:
TM build I20070405-1200 is available, see below.
If you are using the test scripts you should be able
to get it already. For those fetching builds from
download.eclipse.org you'll need to wait about 10
minutes or so; the update site will not be stable
for the next 30 minutes or so.
Changes in this build:
[179184] changed preference name to DEFAULT_PERSISTENCE_PROVIDER;
[181069] getContextString() for saving shell states;
[175686] Get rid of Platform CVS Dependency;
[177882] Fixed PropertyFileProvider for garbling of CJK characters
