RE: [dsdp-tm-dev] NON-NLS string warnings in the tests

Why? It is not a big deal to tag strings with $NON-NLS-<n>. Really simple and after a while you do it automatically.

I would have a problem with turning it off, but if you feel better doing it, I will not object.
