[dsdp-tm-dev] daytime example plugin for RSE

Hi Dave,

I have created https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=138373
with an attached example plugin for the "daytime subsystem".
Would you consider adding this to the RSE CVS please.

The plugin is tested against RSE CVS HEAD as of April 25, 2006
with Eclipse-3.2 RC 1 on Windows and Linux.

A readme.txt file is in the root of the project, and duplicated
on the Bugzilla entry.
