This is very interesting work. However, I'm wondering if this is what
target management actually needs. It seems to me that where TM workspace
resources reside is moot and that what TM is looking for is a flexible
scheme for the deployment of artifacts and the management of remote
processes and debug.  Its not clear that EFS provides this capability.
