The order of the results of the FileSystem.roots command differ in the html
documentation and in the C agent/java client implementation.
The html documentation lists the error first before the list of roots, the 
agent however sends the list of roots first and then the error. Similarly, the
java code follows the order of the C agent, it expects first the list of roots
and then the error.

Steps to Reproduce:
Compare the network representation with the html documentation.
