The extension point you are looking for is defined in plugin org.eclipse.tm.tcf, point ID is serviceProviders.

Hi,
I'm looking at the mechanism in ServiceManager that is reponsible for instantiating the proxy services. It uses the package name of the locator proxy for determining the name of the proxy to be created. Obviously this is a bad idea when wanting to add new TCF services.
I'm suggesting that an exstension point based mechanism should replace the existing one and would be happy to contribute this. Any thoughts on that?
