At the time TCF is initiated the first time, it should be possible to pass in
an executor for event dispatching and queing from outside. This is desirable
for integrating TCF into more complex products where a need of joining
dispatching with other frameworks (like DSF) can be raised. Of course, TCF
should have a own Executor implementation for standalone usage.
