Would you please indicate your approval or disapproval of Marcel's candidacy?

Please be aware that we will be nominating several other members to
Sequoyah in the coming days and weeks before Helios and will require
your approval. We had the Pulsar face-to-face meeting at EclipseCon
today and we agreed to have several new contributors from the member
companies.
