RE: [dsdp-pmc] Please Vote: TmL CQs for Galileo

These are simple, because they are just "piggyback" CQ's for what
is already in Orbit. I don't think that there was even a need for
scheduling this for Galileo since piggyback CQ's can be turned
around quickly.

You may want to consider upgrading to Commons Net 2.0 once it's 
approved (if you can have a Java5 dependency), or Commons Net 1.5
eventually.
