[dsdp-pmc] Farewell...

Hi Everyone,
Since we moved most of the components from the Device Debugging project 
into CDT, and we're actively looking for a home for the remaining 
components, I think it's time for me to resign from the DSDP PMC.  
Besides getting to know all the great people in this group, being on the 
PMC was a great educational experience about the  Eclipse community as 
well as the embedded industry.
