Dear PMC,
 
Shigeki has created a CQ, requesting approval
for making a significant
new contribution to NAB under EPL: the mp3player
demo that he showed
at EclipseCon.
 
As per the CQ process, the PMC will be asked
for approval. I'm writing
this now to fasten the process. Please vote
