I can make the meeting. But I could
also use the time to prepare some eRCP standarization charts for the next
board meeting. :-)
Regarding P3ML, Philippe Krief has been
out of the office for a couple weeks and will be for another week. Gorkem
is not keen on putting P3ML in eRCP. Does anyone have suggestions for another
location?

RE: [dsdp-pmc] Meeting Minutes and Actions:
May 8
Hi Doug,
I could meet tomorrow, but will
be on vacation from Jun 10 till Jun 21,
so I'm not sure if I could come
to a later meeting.
I haven't yet worked on the DSDP
Packaging thing since I'm deeply
buried in Ganymede work, but I
thought I could write something up
quickly and blog it, in order
to get that action item done.
Cheers,

Hi folks,
I didnât see any responses
on this. So, quick role call: how many folks can (and want) to attend
a meeting tomorrow?

Hi folks,
I think Iâd like to postpone
our PMC meeting this month, given how busy some of the projects are on
Ganymede.
If folks still want to
meet and discuss items, Iâm happy to hold the meeting at the scheduled
time with whomever can attend. We can just make it an open forum. Thoughts?
I would like to get an
update on the action items below. Hereâs my update.
Doug: write-up some instructions
for using Eclipse PDT for website maintenance. First version done (see PMC page). I
will update it as I learn more. Feel free to do the same.
Doug: talk to Bjorn about NAB 1.0
and then meet with Shigeki. Done. I met with Bjorn and he had some
suggestions for making the case to the EMO. Iâm now working with Shigeki
on content.
Can others provide their
updates?
Doug

Martin: Distribute notes on embedded/mobile
package and start a wiki to track ideas. Doug: write-up some instructions
for using Eclipse PDT for website maintenance. Dave: start a conversation with the
webmasters about how to best migrate internal media wiki and php code to
Eclipse servers. Mark: Follow up with Jeff McAfer
to discuss Eclipse Board support for eRCP standardization. Mark: check in with Philippe on approval
for P3ML in eRCP. Doug: talk to Bjorn about NAB 1.0
and then meet with Shigeki.
