[dsdp-pmc] PMC approval needed for committer vote: Rado Gerganov, Felix Burton

Dear PMC,
Since nobody objected against Rado in the PMC meeting today,
Only Christian and Pawel's confirmation for Rado is pending.
I'm not too happy about holding up his committer status much
Longer. Note that technically speaking, the EMO Processes
Allow us that any PMC member may confirm a committer on behalf
Of the entire PMC; it's our free choice to extend that
Requirement With E-Mail voting.
Somehow I feel torn between giving everybody a chance to vote,
And not wanting to wait for too long. Is our process too heavy?
Anyways, in order to not fall into this problem again with
Felix Burton, for whom the committer election is currently
Ongoing, may I ask the PMC to vote for his approval in
Parallel to the committer election ongoing on the TM project?
I will send out a separate E-Mail for Felix.
