RE: [dsdp-pmc] PLEASE VOTE: Contribution Questionnaires for MTJ Reboot

Ok,

Looks like Hugo has revoked the Antenna request and explained
The Jetty Piggyback; I'm also good with getting in TrueZip 
For bootstrapping.

So I'm +1 for all remaining requests -- how long do we want
To keep the ballot open, and who wants to give the +1 on the
CQ's on behalf of the PMC?
