As I understand it, there is another IP-XACT component, and some other
associated tooling heading in towards VPP, which, if we set it up right
will be an incubator inside DSDP... Does this help? Confuse?

- If IP-XACT were to stay as part of Device Debugging as is, could
device debugging move it's build to +3 in Ganymede without causing
problems.
