[dsdp-pmc] Can a Mature Project have Incubation Components or is an Incubation Project required?

Yes I'm in the same situation with TCF and I didn't bother
asking so far... Since we don't have any downloads at all
of TCF so far and also no update site.

What I planned on doing was creating a download page just
like the Equinox project:

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/equinox/drops/I20080327-2251/index.p
hp

You see that it has a separate "Incubator" category for those
downloads that are at a different maturity level than the
rest of the project. So it looks like incubation and mature
components can be managed inside the same project.

Also, for TCF I'm in the lucky situation that it's in SVN
while the rest of TM is in CVS, so I have a clear separation
of repositories. Not sure whether that is required, though.

Bjorn can you answer this question from a more eduacted point
Of view?

Thanks,
