[dsdp-pmc] RE: Is DSDP-DD a Conforming Incubating Project?

Hi guys,

It's our responsibility as the PMC to enforce this.  I know that the
last time the DD project looked at the incubation requirements, we made
some changes and were in compliance.  IIRC, the parallel IP process
combined with the Chicago council meetings added the additional
requirements.  I doubt any of our incubation requirements are in
compliance at this point.

Let's discuss this in the PMC meeting next week.  

For my part, I'm sorry to not have focused much on this lately.  With
EclipseCon, 2 new project proposals, the MTJ reboot, and my day
job...I'm pretty overloaded right now.
