Dear PMC,

as mentionened in the E-Mail below, we are proposing
Kevin Doyle for committer status on DSDP TM.

As we have agreed before, I'm asking your approval
on the mailing list before one of us officially
approves it on the Portal.

Doug and I have already approved as TM committers,
all others please reply by +1/0/-1.
