[dsdp-pmc] Committer vote for Danail Nachev has been approved by the PMC

dsdp PMC Members,
The PMC has approved the vote for Danail Nachev's full Committer status on
the dsdp.ercp project. The next step is for the project lead to return to
the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information for Danail
Nachev.
