Hi folks,

Apparently we only need 1 PMC signoff for the foundation portal to
approve the committer.  I didn't realize that when I voted.

I like the fact that we discuss committers prior to approval, so we
should continue that process.  In the future we can discuss prior to a
PMC member signing off in the portal.

I will also file a bug against the portal so that it emails the original
nominator's text to the PMC.
