Martin,
I notice that the new DSDP home page as the incubation green alien but I 
don't think that the DSDP top-level project is in the incubation phase. 
In fact, the DSDP/eRCP and DSDP/TM projects are definitely not in the 
incubation phase so it's unlikely that the top-level project is in 
incubation. (Note that DSDP/DD, DSDP/MTJ, and DSDP/NAB are in incubation.)
