Hi PMC,

You probably saw this email a while back.

Mark & Mika - Please take a look at instructions below. Check your
committer list and group memberships as soon as possible.

Subject: [eclipse.org-project-leads] Please help us reconcile our
records

Project Leads -- This is a one-time request from someone who does not
normally read this list. If you have questions about the how or why
of this request you are welcome to communicate directly with me or
correspond via the bug listed below. Thanks and best regards. -- Ward

The Foundation keeps committer and project records in a database that
has drifted out of sync with the login and group permissions we all
use on unix. We are reconciling these differences using scripts Karl
Matthias wrote for the purpose. We will follow these up with improved
internal procedures and new committer tools once everything is in
order. (See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=153763
about this.)

You can help us jump start this process by checking your project's
information and sending us updates to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxx. Here is
what to do:

1. Check project and group names.

http://dash2.eclipse.org/~kmatthias/audit/php/audit_projects.php

The second table on this page lists unix groups per project id. Check
this to make sure we have paired these up correctly.

http://dash2.eclipse.org/~kmatthias/audit/php/audit_groups.php

This page lists results for various cross checks we are doing. If you
recognize anything of yours please tell us what it is and where it
should be. You can safely ignore inactive and archived material
unless that isn't the desired state.

2. Check group membership

http://dash2.eclipse.org/~kmatthias/audit/php/audit_projects.php
(same as above)

Click on a link on this page to see details for a specific group. It
lists project committers as we have them in the database and as we
find them in unix groups. When these differ, we list the differences.
Let webmaster know how to resolve these and other errors you might
notice.

If you click the arrow on the "Show Unix Groups" heading you will see
listed each of the unix groups for the project (from above) and the
IDs assigned to that group. Again we would like to know of any old or
incorrect information.

Please note: You will see some old logins in these lists. In the past
we've disabled accounts by changing passwords. Although we have
recently added a more positive "expire" mechanism we haven't
exploited it preparing these reports. Since the IDs haven't been
removed, we still appreciate confirmation that they are no longer needed
