it was my foul. i was trying to generate the build and also include the api tooling report but it failed... then i endup having to remove the update folder and return to the previous build. probably thats why the helios build failed. i removed the api tooling (since you already generated anyway) and i will work on that again this afternoon

we received a contribution from RIM to update the end user documentation with a the SDK management UI. i'm generating a new build now with it. the plan is that this will be the last build to be included on helios. once it is done i will send teh new feature version in order that helios build can be updated
