I wanted to let everyone know that I just tested out the MTJ preprocessing support inside of 3.6M6 (on Linux) and it seems to me to be working just fine.  My assumption is that any problems encountered by users are related to configuration issues.  There are a lot of complaints about using classes/methods that are marked as "internal" with the current implementation of preprocessing.  I do wonder if there are any better options for this implementation with more recent Equinox versions.  For now, it seems to be OK though.
