[dsdp-mtj-dev] MTJ Build Refactoring

Hello Everyone,

I just finished the activity diagram for the build proposal, it is on 
(http://wiki.eclipse.org/DSDP/MTJ/Discussion/Refactoring/build). The 
main change to the previous solution is the extraction of a package 
builder from within the preverification builder. Now only the package 
builder handles the packaging either for the runtime JAR or the 
deployment JARs.

Please take a look at it and send feedback.
