Hi mtj,
I commit some changes on our repository that are necessary to consume orbit plugins. The use of orbit plugins is one of the requirements that we need to full fill in order to join Galileo train. The main idea behind the requirements is to avoid plugins duplication on different repositories. Currently there are two plugins that are used on mtj that we consume from orbit: asm and antlr.

I also update our website with information about how to setup the development environment: http://www.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/development/svnsetup.php. the main change is that asm and antlr need to be checked out from orbit cvs instead of mtj. if you already have your workspace set, you probably will not need to do any change.
If anyone faces problems to setup the workspace (or if the steps described on MTJ website are not clear), please let me know.
