Hi craig,

We are working on those requirements right now. We are also estimating the effort to see what we can do on the 0.9.1 timeframe.

Once we have first draft they will be on the wiki and we will ask everyone to review them

This looks like a good set of items.  Do you have some high-level use cases for some of the high-level items?  The lower-level associated issues make it hard to see what the ultimate goals are for some of these items.  (Although I can guess)
