[dsdp-mtj-dev] IP Approval

Rauno and Arto,

Have you started the IP approval for the new org.eclipse.mtj.extension.dds and dds.j2mepolish for the missing libraries. I just looked in IPZilla and did not see any entry. Since the new IP process has been approved, we should be able to follow it to put the code in place while we wait for the legal review. Legal review takes a while, and could already delay our release if the process is not started.
