I would like to restart this promotion voting.
Last time we get stuck with this but Doug asked me to start over again.

Hi MTJ committers,

As Petri Virtanen is gradually shifting away from MTJ activities I would like to nominate Rauno Seppälä as a new committer to MTJ.
And like Petri he would not be actually committing code but helping use to maintain WEB pages and that kind of stuff for what committer rights are needed.
