Title: MTJ build is now working

Hi,

Now http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/ is working :)

It has not been linked to the main MTJ web-page yet, but I assume that
Petri will update that.
The mtj releng does nightly builds and the binaries are copied
automatically to the Eclipse download area.

Current build is showing only the binary plugins, and there is no
source yet included (I assume that after the due diligence process
approval, we can release also the sources).

Please test ans give comments, ...

ps. remember that there has not been so much work yet in the UI side,
so the UI's will have some changes.
