| AW: [dsdp-ercp-dev] configurations to develop eswt with midlets |
|
It might be worth mentioning that there are two flavours of eSWT
for S60: 1.
S60 3rd Edition
Feature Pack 2 (3.2) based phones come with pre-integrated eSWT that you can
use from within MIDlets. However, there is no eRCP support on those phones. 2.
For S60 3rd
Edition Feature Pack 1 (3.1) based phones do not come with eSWT pre-integrated.
However, you can obtain an eval eSWT & eRCP stack from nokia.eRCP@xxxxxxxxx. With this stack
you can do eRCP programming but it does not support MIDlets. Bit of a fragmented story. Pitty that CDC/eRCP didn’t make it
into S60 3.2. Jo Von:

Auftrag von Madalasa Bondalapati Hello, I
want to run eswt with midlets in Nokia S60 mobile. I have configured the s60
sdk in eclipse as in the user guide but eclipse is not recognizing the jars of
eswt. When I am adding the jars explicitly the application is not running. Can
anyone help me in solving this Even
if some one can help me in developing eRCP workbench application on Nokia
mobile with open source tools that would be more helpful Thanks
in advance -Madalasa
