[dsdp-ercp-dev] Apply Now is missing in Application Manager

Hi,
I noticed that on desktop RCP the user can choose to apply changes
immediately when installing new feature. In eRCP's Application Manager
this was removed. What problems have you encountered so the Apply Now
button isn't available? Probably there are bundles which require
restarting. What is special about them?
One case I can think of is when updating the base bundles. In this case
you will trigger restart of all the bundles which is a little bit messy.
What are your comments?
