I assume you're talking about ui.workbench.
If so, I'm not sure why it would reload config.ini. Chances are this is
a hold-over from the desktop version of ui.workbench. If you can confirm
this, then you should ask this question in the platform newsgroup.

Hi,

I was wondering what is the logic behind this: Workbench loads
config.ini again while it is initializing? Shouldn't it that config.ini
was already loaded by the Launcher/EclipseStarter?
