RE: [dsdp-dd-dev] Problem with Resume action.

For you information, in case you find another bug :-)

When a bug is set to Resolved, it means the fix has been committed to CVS,
therefore you can just update your checked-out plugins.
If the bug is not Resolved, but there are patches attached, then
the comments usually say if the patch is committed, or if it to be
applied manually for testing.

In your case, applying the patch was fine. But when you update your
plugins you will get a conflict (same change done twice.) No problem,
you can simply replace the plugins (assuming you didn't make personal changes
to them.)

Hi Francois,

Following my previous mail,

I applied your patch to bug 262244 as patch using Eclipse 'Team->Apply
Patch...'. I tested it, and it works fine.

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Dmitri Pikus

Hi Francois,

Thanks for fixing this bug!

I'm new to Bugzilla system, so I have a question regarding a fix
application/use.
I see a bug status as resolved, and I see changes made as attachment (diff
output).

So how do I apply a fix? Just check out changed files from CVS, or change
affected file(s) using diff output attached to bug?

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Dmitri Pikus

Hi Dmitri,

I finally had a chance to look into the problem and we have a little race
condition here.

I opened Bug262244 to track it.

Best Regards,
