[dsdp-dd-dev] API Tooling for 1.1M3 
Hi,

Just a reminder/recommendation for committers to create a new API
baseline in 
your own eclipse using the 1.1 M3 build.
(Preferences->Plug-in Development->API Baselines-> Add Baseline...)

That way, we can easily make sure we respect the M3 API freeze.
