In the last DSF/GDB meeting we agreed that since Monday is a holiday in 
Canada, we would do our test cycle on Tuesday.  I suppose that means if 
we have to fix any critical issues we'll have to slip our delivery.  
BTW, because of some issues (the details of which I don't know) even the 
platform RC1 candidate won't be available till Tuesday.

Also, after this release candidate is finalized we are creating a branch 
for 1.0 development so that we can continue working on features in 
HEAD.  Though, we could re-evaluate this decision if anyone feels we 
would be douing a lot of extra work because of this.
