Title: Regarding setting breakpoins in windows

I have filed a bug with ID: 219920 which I think is the root of the problem.

I think that this issue will also have an impact on other commands for CodeSourcery gdb that expects single backslashes in the path.

I thought of some solutions and added them to the issue.
