In accordance with the DD Ramp Down Policy,
 
    - an R0_9 label has been applied on top of the v0_9_0-RC2-20070530
version label
 
    - an R0_9_maintenance branch has been created from the R0_9 label
 
    - the 20070530 S build has been pushed to the Europa train

    - the wiki has been updated (datestamps, labels,
s/R0_9_maintanance/R0_9_maintenance)
